- Check-in at Rosi Holiday Cottages is usually at 15:00 and check-out at 12:00.
- The number of guests staying in the cottage may not exceed the number of people agreed upon when booking, up to 10 people are allowed. Larger numbers of people by prior arrangement.
- According to the number of beds, each visitor is provided with bed linen, a small towel and a large towel, which are changed with each new visitor.
- When using the sauna, it is compulsory to follow the sauna’s rules of procedure, which are available in the sauna’s lobby.
*You may light the fire in the barrel sauna stove only when the barrel is full of water.
*The use of sauna whips and honey in the sauna is prohibited!
- Bonfires and barbecues are allowed only in designated areas.
- It is forbidden to leave cooking stoves (hot tub stove, cooker, barbecue) and campfires unattended.
- Smoking is prohibited indoors. Smoking and the use of other tobacco products, including e-cigarettes, are permitted in the outdoor area, where ashtrays are provided; please do not discard cigarette butts elsewhere on the premises.
- Pets are always welcome, and our territory is large enough for them to move around. We ask you to keep the animals clean and not to leave them unattended indoors. The territory is not fenced. Pets are not allowed on soft furniture (sofa, bed).
- It’s safe to drink from the tap in the cottage, as the water comes from our own borehole. The drinking water is clean and mild-tasting, and we make it popular with children.
- Refuse – municipal waste; biowaste and refuse bins intended for refuse. There are containers for rubbish next to the holiday home.
- Keep indoor and outdoor areas clean and tidy.
- Please be mindful of your electricity consumption; that is, turn off the lights and electronic music devices when leaving the room, and make sure the sauna heater is turned off. When leaving the premises, do not leave the doors and windows of the vacation home open.
- When you leave, we ask you to wash used dishes and put them back in the cupboards, to take the rubbish to the containers outside and to tidy up the used rooms and the surroundings in the same condition as before you left.
- When you leave the holiday home, we ask you to fill in a visitor’s book.
